Daniel’s “King of the North”: Do we Owe Russia an Apology?

The purpose of this paper is to argue that the reference to a northern invasion against Israel in Dan11:40-45 does not find its fulfillment in an Invasion by Russia The greater concern, however, is not to correct what may only be a minor prophetic detail but to point out the inconsistency of hermeneutics that this interpretation rests.
